Please allow 2-week's notice when scheduling new appointments. However, last minute emergencies do occur, so please call and we will try to work you into our schedule.
We will pick up your keys and everything we need at your FREE Meet and Greet. This meeting gives your pet(s) and our staff both a chance to get acquainted.

Please have 2 complete sets of keys made prior to our Meet and Greet and check to make sure they work. Only one set will be used during the visit while the other set stays in our safe as a backup.

Payment in full is required at first visit, and can be made by cash, check or credit card.

cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel services, we require 24-hours notice prior to the scheduled visits. Notice may be given by phone or email, but must be received, and cancellation confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled visit. If proper notice is not given the following charges will be incurred and must be paid before subsequent visits can be booked.
Vacation clients: $75
Daily clients: The cost of that day's visit

"Last Minute" booking fee (with less than 7 days notice):
Vacation clients: $25

thanksgiving and christmas or new year's eve

All fees for services are due at the time of booking! Our cancellation policy for these holidays is that all cancellations must be made two weeks prior to Thanksgiving week visits, and two weeks prior to Christmas and New Years week visits. Cancellations after these dates and times will not receive a refund. There is a 4 visit minimum during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/NYE Holidays.


refunds / credits

We cannot offer refunds for cancelled visits but we can offer credit for visits if cancelled with at-least 24 hours notice.
