Furrr's Rules

Please allow 2 week's notice when scheduling new appointments. However, last minute emergencies do occur so please call and we will try to work you into our schedule.

We will pick up your keys and everything we need at your FREE Meet and Greet. This meeting gives your pet(s) and our staff both a chance to get acquainted. During the Meet and Greet we'll discuss your pet(s) routine, services you require, key pick-up and fill out the necessary paperwork. All the paperwork below is intended for all clients- if you do not need dog walking services no need to fill out that form.

Please have 2 complete sets of keys made prior to the consultation and check to make sure they work. Only one set will be used during the visit while the other set stays in our safe as a backup.


Payment

Payment in full is required at first visit, and can be made by cash or check. Please make checks payable to: Jennifurrr's Pet Services LLC

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel services, we require 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled visits. Please call our main office at (512) 291-5366 to cancel pet visits. If proper notice is not given the following charges will be incurred and must be paid before subsequent visits can be booked.
Vacation clients: $75
Daily clients: The cost of that day's visit

"Last Minute" booking fee (with less than 48 hours notice):
Vacation clients: $25
Daily clients: $10

Refunds / Credits
We cannot offer refunds for cancelled visits but we can offer credit for visits if cancelled with at-least 24 hours notice.
