Please allow one week’s notice when scheduling new appointments. However, last minute emergencies do occur so please call and we will try to work with your schedule.
We will pick up the keys and everything we need at the initial consultation. When scheduling services in the future, you have two key options; if you decide to have your keys kept in your permanent file at our office, you may call for pet services up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like your keys returned to you after your visits there will be an $8 delivery fee.

Payment in full is required at first visit.
